Bad wheel causes leaks?
Bad wheel causes leaks?
My 991S is barely breaking 800 miles and I'm getting my second flat tire on the same right rear!!!
I had a flat 2 weeks ago and had it replaced (caused by a screw). I left for a 1 week vacation and came back yesterday. I found the same tire to be flat! I couldn't see any nail nor screw.
Is there such a thing as a bad wheel causing a slow leak? I just want to learn more about the possibilities before asking the dealer to just replace it and end up in the same situation yet again!
Frustrating!

This is the case unfortunately. Dealer just confirmed another screw in the tire. This is unbelievable - 2 flats within 500 miles!
1. I haven't had one since so perhaps it was an anomaly; construction, etc.
2. It has a great monitoring system that lets you know when you are loosing air and most of the time you've got plenty of time to get to a place to have it fixed.
