Hello,

I'm 4 months into owning a black car. I hand wash 1-2 times a week. Coming from a silver 997.2 that was easy as pie to keep this is going to be tough.

I need a detailer who won't put spiderwebs on the car buffing it. Lets face it, although the owner or manager of a detail shop may talk the talk, in truth it's a hourly laborer working the buffer.

I'm in central CT. Where do I go for a good detail??

you come down to pa and let Nick Oakes at Oakes detail do it, he is the best.

heres a few of his before/after on black cars... he is coming today to do a 991 for me, does all our shop cars regularly, and did an UNBELIEVABLE job on a black diablo SV i sent him... he is the owner but also the guy behind the buffing wheel!

If you can make the drive, go to Phil at Detailer's Domain in northern NJ. Absolutely amazing work and one of the nicest guys around.

I do all of my own detailing (and am fanatical about it) and he is one of the only people that I would let touch my car.
