Short frequency squeak while car rolling at slow speed.

Absolutely beautiful day here in December and had the windows down, sunroof back. While coasting at very low speed I heard what I can only describe as a soft squeak with regular frequency. What do you think, brake pads hitting a high spot on the discs?

 

My brake squeaks only happened at slow speed while applying a light pedal.

I find that brake noises and occasional vibrations are often cured by doing a series of hard braking from high speed. Try it!

 

BMWs with wear sensors have been plagued with this issue, ie, low speed squealing without even using the brakes...there has been no remedy from them...I sure hope its not the case
