19hole, I didn't know that was for the GPS too. Glad you told me that before I tried removing it!
DBYT, that's an awesome steering wheel!
ECS Tuning, I actually have already put the euro markers on (check out the pics in the links!)
Dhill911, that's not hijacking my thread as it plays into another reason why I love the car so much, the customization! I have one memory preset that shows fuel economy, range and all that, and another that turns off the ambient lighting and shows max g's, max v, brings up the seat a bit and displays more sporty info.
I'm seriously obsessed with this car. I have not once walked away from it without looking back at it.
It's a beautiful car arshapollo! Enjoy in good health!

I was really disappointed when I saw my car come with that wart, in particular since I always made sure I did NOT select Sirius XM. The european models look so much better without it, with the wider license plate cutout and the better placed valence markers. My dealer told me the wart came automatic with the selection of Bose...

I don't think it houses the GPS antenna. Again, European models have GPS but not the wart. GPS is probably above the rear-view mirror, I'd guess.

Yes, very classy. That's why I got it, too

Congratulations on your new toy! Looks very nice!

Congrats, your car looks amazing man!

I've also chosen (Ambient lighting), without even seeing it once, not even a picture.

Any possibility of a picture? (I know it's difficult to capture, but just wondering)

I am going to take a lot more photos with a better camera in a week from now when I get back to SD. I hope pics of the ambient lighting will turn out well.

I'm not home sick, but I sure am car sick (in the good way).
Oh anddoes anyone have the link to the thread posted for highest max g's? I tried to search for it but couldn't find it.

Thanks for that info rnl! I'm really wanting to get the aerokit in the future, at the same time I get a rear diffuser (I love diffusers), but that won't be for some time.

I was told that Bose package includes satellite radio, so maybe that's why you have the antenna.

Very nice! Thanks for the mini-reviews!

I'm about to submit my build and had some quick questions:

1. I don't see any way to remove the XM radio from either the Bose or Burmester packages, but I'd love to do it. Is there a way to do it?

2. How do the electric mirrors look different from the regular ones? Are they not attached to the door directly as well?

Thanks!

Hey!
1. That's because it is not on the configurator. Just go to your dealer and tell him to remove the XM from the Bose/Burmester package. It should actually bring down the price for either Bose or Burmester. If they are confused just keep at it because it can be done very easily.

2. The mirrors don't look different at all, except when they are folded (they fold upwards and in). They are still attached to the door. But they come with a light that turns on and brightens up the ground just outside the door (I'm not sure if this only works when they are folded, but I'm sure it will work unfolded as well).

Hope this helps and don't hesitate with any other questions!
