Painted rear apron

Has anyone done this? Considering doing it but would like to see pics - if anyone has some - to see what it looks like.

Cheers!

I ordered this but my car will not be built until 2/5/13. I did look at a car with this painted and it is very visible location. I did the mirror bottoms as well but not the front. My experience is that no matter how hard you try, the from gets scraped up, and it is not very visible either.

This is the best picture I have so far of the rear that shows the painted apron. On a dark coloured car, it is hard to tell one way or another.

I have ordered a white cab with the rear apron painted and also the mirror bottoms. I was able to see the effect of the apron being painted on the Porsche configurator (but not the effect on the mirrors). I also did not do the front.

I found these pictures of a White Cab with the rear apron painted.. I decided not to order this... I might replace it with a carbon fiber version.

I've got my 4s coming in hopefully in a couple of weeks. It has all exterior black areas painted in gt silver.

I'm attaching one closest to it...in platinum silver though.

Good luck with the decision.
