It does bother some people, and I was aware of it before the purchase.
I figured not many people will see it stationary, fewer will see both sides of the car, and far fewer people will look hard enough and remember which way the other side is 'facing'.

You could explain it off as the air is being circulated from one side of the car to the other to cool the brakes (not true as far as i know, but who's gonna question you on it)
