SxxB - what I like about the mount is that it is very adjustable. I can adjust back and forth, up and down, and side to side. As such, there are 2 adjustment *****. I hand tightened them pretty snug. Will there be vibration - yes. Is it excessive, I don't think so. If you are driving down a relatively smooth road, you won't notice any vibration. If you hit a bump or pothole, there is no doubt that it will vibrate, but I don't think any more so than any other mirror mount. I am pretty happy with my setup versus cost. Hope this helps.
