dbturbo2 is infamous around these parts
My understanding is that there is no way to disable this feature other than to exit from sport+ mode to sport. Agree that they definately need a way to override this feature.

If the aren't going to offer a way to disable it without changing modes, then it should amost be part of the sport programming but not sport+.

What happens if you try to shift into a gear that would give you an over-rev? Does it block you from doing that and if you're making a quick downshift does it give you a let you know that you missed fourth and tried to go to second for example?

lol! As much as I want to know the answers to these questions, I DON'T want to be the one to find out how it works.

In the Nissan 370Z (MT with rev matching shifts), it allows you to skip a gear (choose which gear to downshift - from 5th to 2nd, for example), but I've never tried to go above redline (like a money shift), as the cars I was driving weren't mine.
