Anyone notice hesitation from stop?

Not sure if this is a PDK trait as this is my first PDK vehicle. Notice that from a stop; if i accelerate a bit harder, seems like the has a split seccond hesitation. Almost feels as if the tires are trying to get tractions before moving forwards. Anyone notice this? Maybe the clutch is not disengaging as quickly as I am expecting? thanks

Not PDK. Discussed many times. Do a search for Vario-cam lag.

Is yours an S? When I get on it, my base immediately goes to 3500 before the clutch fully engages, but my old S used to lock at 1000 RPM and lug the engine down.

YES I have this problem and I am on 7MT
my old 2S 997.2 would pick up immediately from stop,
this one seems to be lazy though...
I have to say it has improved after the first 900 miles, or it maybe my impression. I Was afraid to post this issue as I thought it is 'me' but it seems this is not the case.
