crazy qurstion? can you pull out sports chrono and add in a 991?

I assume the answer is no
But you never know

There is alot of people who dont care for sports chrono sport +
In either older/other model porsche or even new 991s

Can they add it in my 991?

That's a first.
I'm sure there is a way to add it to a car, but it will take quite some work. It is not just the clock, button, and software. Porsche does not offer it as an after purchase upgrade outside of the X51 package. Even then, you do not get the clock or button again. There's quite a bit of work that goes into it and may take a week for the install too.

i bet there will be a simple software flash and button upgrade for more aggressive PSM/throttle/PDK shift maps. obviously no dynamic engine mounts or clock/wart. hopefully suncoast will get it soon. it is offered for the 997 and panamera.

I believe it's possible given enough time and money. Don't forget the engine mounts of the sport chronos is electronically controlled too.
