I was really hoping to keep the price under 125k, so here are my questions:
1) Sportdesign steering wheel or Multi-function?
2) Is Black Leather Seats worth it or should I go for the partials and save $1500 or so.
3) Power Steering..Yeh or Neh? I find past Porsche ethusiast say Neh.
4) Here is the big one: to PDCC or Not. Not planning on tracking it, but I do like to take street turns. Any opinions?
5) PASM sport option with the S? Does 10mm lower really make a diff?
The rest of the options I probably want. The only suspect is what I had listed.
Anyways, really trying to finalize an order and would appreciate any feedback....

I can dig it. Before cutting back what you want, if you're ready to pull the trigger negotiate with your dealer to get a discount off MSRP. You can usually swing 4-8% off, and more isn't unheard of. You're building so the ball's in your court. I'd call every dealer within a reasonable pickup distance and go with the best offer (considering all else is equal).
1) Sportdesign steering wheel or Multi-function?........sportdesign
2) Is Black Leather Seats worth it or should I go for the partials and save $1500 or so.......leather
3) Power Steering..Yeh or Neh? I find past Porsche ethusiast say Neh........neh
4) Here is the big one: to PDCC or Not. Not planning on tracking it, but I do like to take street turns. Any opinions?.......no
5) PASM sport option with the S? Does 10mm lower really make a diff?......yes
as mentioned.....do not buy without a minimum of 3% of sticker.
hehe. That would only jack up the price even more. I want to keep it under 125k.
Anyways, sounds like no PDCC unless you track. Here's a question. If I order it without PDCC and just with the PASM sport and Sport Chrono, will I still have the Sport and Sport Plus buttons?
Yes
1) Sportdesign steering wheel or Multi-function? SD all the way
2) Is Black Leather Seats worth it or should I go for the partials and save $1500 or so. - personal taste but I went with leather seats as well... no regrets
3) Power Steering..Yeh or Neh? I find past Porsche ethusiast say Neh. I didn't go for it and to be honest I haven't missed it
4) Here is the big one: to PDCC or Not. Not planning on tracking it, but I do like to take street turns. Any opinions? PDCC will help with the ride but I would say if you are not going to track the car then don't go for it, rather spend the money on the full leather interior with deviated red stitching or save it... see pic of my red stitching on leather seats in my post: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...rs-making.html
5) PASM sport option with the S? Does 10mm lower really make a diff? it does make a difference on scraping the bottom of the front spoiler. I have SPASM and scraped the bottom of the car leaving the dealership
... There is nothing like getting that out of your system. The front lip is very easy to replace if required. I love the stance of the vehicle lower down, again that is personal preference.
Anyway good luck with the build - the wait begins...

Full leather seats I feel you can dump, I mean who really gets into a 2014 Porsche S and says "you have only partial leather seats?????"
Its not like you have leatherette seats, idk its just my .02 cents glw build anyway, and they are phenomenal cars, trust me I swear behind them, especially after driving majority of the sports cars out there (Lambo's/Ferrari's/Mclaren's/M's/AMG's), these Porsche are THE BEST. I would love to see the track number on the new 2015 991 Turbo

Keep the build just as it is, even if you are just $1k too high
If you are more sensitive to comfort, just go for regular PASM and drop the S(PASM) and PDCC. My first 991 was this way and she was already extremely capable.
If you do not mind a slightly firmer suspension and if the roads are OK in your area, go for SPASM+PDCC, even if you do not track. You will feel the benefits each time you go for a spirited drive, you will take turns with the car staying incredibly planted (same thing during a fast lane change on the freeway).
I am happy I have PDCC for both the street and the track.
As far as all the other options are concerned, they are perfect, do not change anything. Power steering plus: not needed but not an issue either.

Sport Chrono is $1,850, SD wheel is $250, you might be using the old numbers.
Suncoast parts sells the spacers $140 cheaper, or you can get aftermarket in larger sizes cheaper.
Your dealer might throw in the color crest wheel caps for free.
All that and you are under $125k.
That said, I'd nix the Bose, PDCC, and PSP.
Also instead of the leather, upgrade to the 18-way leather seats for the same price. Same leather up front but a hard shell on the back of the seat.
I'd also kill the PSE and PDK to save another 7k but that's me.

1) I might be in the minority here but I like the multi wheel better in both looks and function. I use the gauge LCD very often and controlling it with the wheel buttons rather than the stalk is priceless. With that being said, I have 7mt and would get sd wheel solely for shift paddles if I got pdk.
2) I got partial leather. Don't think its that much of diff here. Wish I had gotten adaptive though.
3) can't comment as I have no experience with it but I generally try to stay away from steering options in fear of "artificializing" the original feel and ratio.
4) No track, no pdcc. Moderate to high tracking, then yes.
5) Personally, if there was one option I couldn't do without, it would be spasm. And actually pse as well, but back on topic. Yes it does come with having to order a new lip every year or so, but the near inch drop mates with the 20" wheels for a beautiful stance. The spacers certainly don't hurt either.

Like me, you seem to configure your 991 on the sporty side, not the classy/comfy/chique side. So here are my thoughts with the sporty mindset we seem to share.
1) Sportdesign. Sooooo much better looking, better feeling, and natural way of changing gears when you are going for it. I tested the MF wheel extensively, and I didn't like the look, looks cheap in comparison to sportdesign. Didn't like the gearchange buttons with which I had to constantly think about how to shift. And when driving sporty, instinct takes over and you misshift ! Furthermore you get an extra stalk with the sportdesign to do everything the MF wheel does with your PCM and stuff.
2) Offcourse the real leather is soooo much nicer. But I did not go for it. I have seen some posts about the leather being easily scuffed and so on. I'm quite happy with the fake leather in a sportscar and saved my money for something else !
3) no way. I like it linear ! Don't want the system changing the steering effort needed on me in a bend.
4) no way. PDCC adds weight. PASM is briljant as it is. And we are not looking for that last millesecond are we ? I'd choose between PASM and SPASM if I were you. GT3 doesn't have PDCC either !
5) No first hand experience myself on the SPASM, but I only read good things on it, never seen a single complaint. Maybe you should just drop the PDCC and get the SPASM if you are worried about body roll ?!

Wanted to thank everyone her for their replies for my build. From what I gather here:
1) Sport Design Steering it is. For those of you who have it, how do you change the configurable Guage in front of you. I know with the muli, you can use the steering wheel..wheel to change it to whatever you want.
2) No power steering.
3) Sounds like no PDCC unless you track. How much weight does it really add?
3) I'll order the SPASM. Although, you guys think I'll be scraping it a lot?
4) The hardest decision is the seating, but it sounds like folks like the Adaptive seating. Still not sure about leather. The choices of seating is confusing and so is the pricing if you go the the configurator.
As far as the cost, ya wanted to keep it 125k...with tax :-)

I loooooooved the 14-way seats with memory package though, no need to adjust or stretch anything during a 1 hour testdrive, so that is what I ordered !
YMMV
Looks like you are going for a coherent selection of options.
One more word on the seats: I am personally not convinced that power sport seats (14 or 18 ways) are a must. What is more essential IMO is to select the Sport Seats "Plus" option with raised side bolsters on seat cushion and extended backrest side bolsters for additional shoulder support. I had the 14 ways sport seats on my first 991 and found myself fighting lateral g's. I now have 18 ways heated/ventilated Sport seats plus, but the feature I like the most are the extended side bolsters. This is for the street and occasional tracking (for track days, I swap seat and install GT2 bucket seats).
In brief, the non adjustable Sport Seats Plus may be the best bang for the buck.
