Go South on I5 to Exit 250 (Fairhaven is noted on sign) and then follow Old Fairhaven Parkway into the Fairhaven part of Bellingham.
When I google map Fairhaven I don't see a Fairhaven Park per se but do see a Fairhaven Dog Park which is west of the Chuckanut Drive.
Can't get you closer than that at this point.
Perhaps someone in Bellingham can clue us in?

Googled Fairhaven Park and it is supposed to be just South of where you come off Old Fairhaven Parkway and turn South on Highway 11 which turns into Chuckanut Drive. Address shown on the Park Site is 107 North Chuckanut Drive.
Looking forward to it!!
John its super easy, go down I-5 South, get off Fairhaven exit, turn right at the first stop light, keep on going straight for like 5-7mins, it will be on your left hand side, the park have an arch entrance thing, turn right to park for meeting point.
cheers
