How do you clean glass/windows?

Do you guys have a tool or glass cleaning solution that you recommend? I found it especially difficult to clean the rear window without leaving streaks.

I use Stoner's Invisible Glass and microfiber towel. Works great for me.

Stoner's Invisible Glass is a very good, easy to find glass cleaner.

I use that with a glass-specific microfiber towel (like the green one that Phil at Detailer's Domain sells). A glass microfiber doesn't streak and is lint-free.

The inside of the rear window is difficult because it's such an awkward angle. I'll use a window cleaning kit like the one in the photo below. This lets you reach all the way down and get into all of the corners.

This combination is a winner, especially when you use distilled water.

Thanks for the pointer! I can see how this tool will help with the inside rear window. Without it, it requires either a very long arm or someone extremely flexible.

Brianja, thanks. I got both invisible glass as well light green color lint free rags for glass--I'm missing the window cleaning tool -very useful advice indeed! Cheers!!

I've found that a glass specific microfiber makes a world of difference. I have the kit above and the blue head is such a cloth, works great.

This is what a lot of detailers and car washes use. It is cheap and never leaves streaks.

Stoner's Invisible Glass works great for me also.
I use 'regular' for all my inside glass and the one with 'repel'
for all the outside glass...both with a glass-specific microfiber towel.
