Help please, is this a good C2S lease deal?
neeko, I live in San Francisco and recently leased a 991. I think that 5% on a 2013 is where you will likely end up. I didn't find anyone who was willing to beat that discount and some that refused to go even that high. I received a MF of .002 but it took some pushing on my part. I think most of the dealers are used to getting higher and so they are reluctant to offer the .002 when they figure most purchasers will pay more. Same with the discount.
Definitely demand MF 0.002; in addition with 2014 models quickly approaching you should be able to get more off. However, I am not privy to market in California to know if they are flying out of lots; but in Midwest I got 9% off.
The deals people get in the mid west and east coast are amazing. That being said, I got 6% off and so I'm satisfied. Was originally 5% off but after I realized the car didn't have pasm, I started to consider ordering a 2014. Then they offered 6% off and .0020 so I said yes that way I don't have to wait months and its just a 2 year lease anyway. Gives me something to look forward to on the next one.

Thanks everyone! Yes the power of the collective pool of knowledge here is amazing. I'm very excited and also happy I got a good deal. Best birthday ever!
Lots of great advise as always for you. The one thing that has not been mentioned is that you should always look at the inventory of dealers within 500 miles and make them an obscene offer on a car that has good options (like 9%off and .0018MF), and see who gives you the best offer. Then you can go pick it up or have them ship it to your front door. I do this all the time and usually get 200 to 300 off my payment this way.
Good luck and enjoy your first porsche!
