Right, very doubtful you can anything close to 11% on a 2014. I was speaking of a 2013 car.

In Canada there is a 4.9% lease rate with residuals of 52% for 2013 C2S with 12K/yr. The C4S and cab residuals are less. I believe the cab is around 49%.
There is also a good factory rebate up to 6k off MSRP.

This is on a 36 month lease, right? We really get screwed here in Canada as far as Porsche lease rates go. Is that for 12K km/yr or miles??

3.5% is about 0.00146 mf, I thought the base mf is always 0.002? Did you put msd to buy down the lease rate? Is the car Mt or PDK?

What is the trick? I don't know how you do it. I leased a Pana S, MSRP 99K.

MF 0.00144
Discount $8000
Conquest $2200
Cash down $10K
3 yrs w/ 58% residual.
Payment is $920 + tax.

You must have a hugh discount to get $700/month

Then problem is you got a panny, the residual on the 911 is literally 20 percent better than panas.. Also look at 27 month, that's porsches sweet spot for Best residuals. Hope this helps.

What he said. The residuals on a 991 should be in the ballpark of the mid-70's depending on a number of factors (base or S, PDK or 7MT and number of miles per year).

I'm not as well-versed in the finance portion of these deals, but isn't a 27 month lease--even with better residual than 24 mo--worse because of the extra year of registration required of the owner? I don't recall the exact amount of my registration, but I believe it was at least $800. Amortize the $800 over 27 months, it comes out to $300(ish)/month.

If someone has more information, I'd be happy for the education

What does everyone think is a reasonable amount off a 2k13 C2S PDK Coupe on a dealer lot??

I did the unthinkable and test drove a 991 C2 PDK yesterday. I have a 997.2 C2S Coupe Manual and man the 991 is amazinggg I didnt even get to drive a C2S 991 I cant imagine. I got emails out to a bunch of dealers just trying to see where the numbers are with discounts on a avg.

Did the C2 you drove have Sport Chrono? I am on the fence with a PDK or Manual C2 without SC.

The one I drove didnt have SC it felt nice I actually didnt even whale on it but it just felt improved over the 997 if that makes sense. But if I get one it will have PDK & SC those two are a must together I feel.
