If someone has more information, I'd be happy for the education
What you're saying is true in Cali, where registration fees are high. I've seen other posts on the forum and on RL where people in Cali say that it doesn't pay to do a 27 or 39 month lease for that very reason. In NY, though, registration renewal fees are a fraction of what they are in Cali, so it's not a significant financial penalty to extend from the 24 to 27 month term, especially if the residual is at its sweet spot in a 27 month lease.

I also wanted PDK with SC, but need a 4 for AWD and I like the wider body.
Only problem is none near me and just not sure how a manual C4 without SC will drive. I don't care how good of a deal I get, if I am not happy with the performance will sour on it fast.

Anyone driven a manual C2 without SC?

Well one dealer emailed me back only giving me 2% off MSRP on a 2k14. 115k C2S Cpe new price 113k. So we are far apart on payments. I got a Sales Manager at another dealer emailing this morning on a nice white c2s 2013 see what he can do.

Im with you, the manual will be a tad slower than a PDK and I belive not sure someone with a 991 will attest, even with a manual I believe it rev matches on downshifts with the SC. So if thats the case even with a manual SC could be the way to go.

Yes 7 Speed Manual with SC rev matches on downshifts. Not to mention the engine stabilization aspect you get with the SC. Only problem is this car does not have SC which I think makes it a deal breaker for me.

I am really surprised how many 3.4 engine cars I see without SC. It is only a $1850 option that should be a no brainer option on a Manual 3.4 car IMO.

I know every car should be equipped with SC and the match rev is awesome. They got a Yellow Carrera 4 3.4 at a local dealer here PDK and NO SC a crime. The car is so beautiful with the rear reflector and wide body.

If i was you whatever car you get make sure you get SC or like you mentioned youll regret not getting it. Either way the 991 is a amazingg car a step up from our 997.2.
