At least in my case where it comes from is I get charged full bay time 1.5 - 2 hrs while the car sits there and drains even though most oil will drain in 15 to 20 minutes...ok it is cold today in Houston (95F), 30 minutes. When I quote oil, washer, filter...they are competitive with Walmart (oil) Suncoast (filter kit).
