A number of folks on here have been wondering about Sid and his 991. After a run in with management and moderators of this site, he chose to leave.

I have been in touch with him and he has been sending me updates on the car. I thought a bunch of members would be interested to see what he has done. As per his usual MO, he has already given numerous rides to bikini clad girls in his cab.

 

Love that 2 tone interior. That's a great looking car.

sorry about him leaving.............moderators on some forums believe they have to narrow the thinking down to a heart cut of users and unfortunately anyone outside the box usually gets booted. Free speech went out with free love I think

 

What color are his seat belts?

 

Sid has basically had the interior retrimmed. He played around with different leathers but some were too thin etc. I think he ended up with calfskin. I have asked him to send more pics. Stayed tuned.

If I remember correctly, he had them custom milled because he could not find anything that fit as precisely as he wanted.
