With my M3 lease coming to an end (great vehicle!) I just rejoined the Porsche family and picked up my new 2013 C4 Cab in Agate last week. I've owned several of these cars previously, most recently an 07 C4S cab that I purchased new and drove for about 3 years. The 991 is a very nice improvement on what was already an excellent car. Since I've benefited so much in the past from posters on this board I just wanted to share the basics of my deal for anyone that might be in the market at the moment. MSRP was $122k and cap cost was $108k. They did mark up the MF to .00240 but this was offset by the hefty discounting of the car. The lease is 24 months/10k per year. With no money down other than fees, monthly payment is $1385 including MA sales tax. Most of the other quotes I got on similar MSRP cars were in the range of $1500-1600. On a purchase, I would target a discount of 10-12% on leftovers right now. I had several finance guys insist that Porsche won't be putting trunk money in later this Fall like they did last year but who knows?

Congrats on the new car and on the great deal! I think you'll be happy coming from a M3. The M3 is a fine car (my prior car was a 2011 E93 M3), but it's really no comparison to the 911.
