Resetting window switch on 991

Had to reset windows on 991.2 recently.
Found this on another site that worked perfectly and seems quicker too:
1. Completely close the window once by pulling back on the switch.
2. Once the window is fully closed, briefly pull back the switch three more times.
3. Completely open the window once by pressing the switch
