Good deal on custom 2014 911?

So I built a custom 4S with lots of options totaling $166,000. What would be a great open-ended lease deal, like how much discount is possible on it and what terms would maximize tax write-off? I just leased a Carrera last week so maybe they can get me a better deal at the same dealer.

Also, does the season make any difference in the way they build the cars? I'm just afraid winter may affect the materials in Germany, affect motivation or things might have some exposure to salt? lol

if you're leasing with a car at $166k you will get hammered on MRM. Before you commit, make sure to have your dealer run the numbers. The MRM may add an extra $700-1200 per month to your payment. Not sure what the MRM is on 4s, but the 2s is $119k plus $4k w/PDK. I can't imagine the MRM is more than $135k for the 4S, so you'll eat around $30k in options.

My advice, buy/finance the car or build one with less options.

I'm leasing my c2s since I can write it off for business use and I'm bummed that my car was a few $k over MRM, but that's the car I want, so be it.
