I've tried several mounts, and researched very many. IMO, this one is the best/most elegant solution I've seen thus far. Quality is very good, and its vibratioin free, easy to remove and mount the phone with one hand... I believe its only sold at apple stores and apple web site...

Looks very clean indeed (would be even better with a black iPhone in fact... just a suggestion for you future 5S ) and keeps your eyes closer to the road.

I'd only be worried to see the iPhone overheat and go into 'safe mode' during the winter when the vents will be blowing warm air. Just a thought -I may be wrong- and no risk of damage to the phone anyhow.

 

You can close that vent. I actually half close it so that the phone doesn't turn into an icicle.

 

Very Clean! I like it. When you remove it, does it show any marring or damage to your vent.?

Do the louvres adjust downward by themselves under the weight of the iPhone ? Does the iPhone touch the middle console in any way ?

 

definitely a aux BT with phone and thumb drive in usb for music.......and then no charging. but better than the cheap proclips or massive kuda phone options.

nicoli has the best setup, made by benchmark in seattle......but $$$$$$$ i'll bet
