My favorite phone mount option
.
If you're just using BT to connect your phone to your car, you probably just like noise.
Best way to compare?:
1). If you don't already have Pandora on your phone, set it up (it's free, but a $36/year subscription knocks out commercials every 15 min. and gives even higher quality sound).
2).Set up Steely Dan as a favorite station and start playing it (hopefully you have an LTE signal on your phone)
3). Connect your phone to the 991's USB input in the glove box with an iPhone cable
4). Select iPod as the audio Source.
If you don't think the sound is far superior to BT, then you're tone deaf, but the good news is that you'll never have to spend a lot of money on audiophile electronics in your home and cars. Just stick your phone to the glass with a $4 Barnacle.
To each his own. Here's mine. Vibration free. Hardwired so it charges the phone and inputs a hi-fidelity sound into the amplifier:

Disagree. And there's something un-elegant about the noise coming from the glovebox as the phone is sliding around over there.
this isn't the best car on the road, ey??I've never heard any un-elegant noise from my phone sliding around in the glove box. With the monster Porsche manuals, registration and insurance material (not to mention the portable security device
).......mine doesn't slide.I do believe it is un-elegant to have a phone sticking up against a female passengers lower extremities
..........I will concede though that you don't have to worry about any left hand only driving (use your own imagination)

Personally, I have to agree with try. I don't like anything hanging out or hanging around and I connect my ITouch to the USB in the glove box. With such little storage space, my glove box is pretty full and the ITouch does not slide around. But to each their own . . .

Lol. Me too. I always put my phone in the door and hook up my iPod in the glovebox for music. But would be nice to be able to 'use' my phone on occasion if needed, texts, etc. hoping this new clip works great.

Yes I have my concealed carry permit in 3 states and between the 3 of them it's recripocated in most of the other states so I tend to bring it along, just in case.....
Just picked up the Kenu from an Apple Store today. It is a simple design and it works just as advertised. Nice thick rubber which won't scratch the vent louvers and it holds on well. Thanks for posting.
