Yes, I have power steering plus. With everything I have seen, I just don't crank the wheels first thing in the morning when leaving.

I feel the same thing. I've got the Pirellis, and I've started noticing it as it's gotten a bit colder in the NYC area. Will be switching to Michelin PA4s for the winter soon so we'll see if it happens with the Michelins too.

Happens with mine too. I believe that power to the fronts as well as the width of the tire contributes to this. I would say that the tire feels like it hops/jumps.

Glad it's not just me, I feel the same thing but only when it's colder or around 45F or so. Once the tire warms I don't seem to feel that. This is the first car I every felt that on though.

This is NORMAL! It is a function of the summer tire compound geting cold and therefor hard. When the steering is turned to very sharp angles the harder tire now does not have the compiance and hops instead of rolls.

Put proper winter tires on and this will go away.
