Not a fan of the Targa, never was. Somebody will find that attractive I'm sure...

Kinda ugly. I don't see the point in this car. Either go Cab or get a sunroof?

I like the Targa, always have untill they came up with that rediculous solution used in the 993, 996 and 997. The 991 cabriolet doesn't look great IMO and a sunroof is ugly. I think this Targa is a very nice mix. It never has been a big seller. It certainly is not a car everybody will love. It's either hate it or love it I think...

I'm waiting for the passionate thread arguing the merits of manual vs automatic Targa tops.

Agreed. Previous Targas were horribly executed. With the roof open, you couldnt see out the back window due to the rear portion of the roof blocking the bottom of your rearward site lines as well as having to look through two panes of glass. To call the previous iterations a Targa was an insult to the Targa name. Can't wait to see this real Targa in person.

If they would make the center pillar and targa top out of Carbon Fiber I'd dig it!

Looks like I'm trading for a 991.2 Targa in a few years. I love it.
