Am I the last person to find out that the headlight washer elevates about 4 inches when the washer operates?

I didn't know that but I've come to realize that the headlight washers manage to spray the entire frunk when activated.

Yup. It does. It jumps up twice and sprays everything. I was playing with my toy before I washed it. It's pretty cool that although I've had it since June 2012 I still find out new stuff about it all the time

Good idea. It leaves a nasty trail down the fenders also.

I have them on my car and have never used them. I have another useless option also the sun roof. I have never used it either.

I have them on my SL and have never used them on it either. But then I have never driven it in the rain.

It helps in slushy conditions when the salt on the road gets on everything like mud. Something you lucky Floridians don't have to worry about.

In that case why not just leave the sunroof open all the time.

Too funny. The headlight washers do help when the road is slushy and kicking up all sorts of dirt. But only use them when your car is filthy, because one you use them and spray the entire frunk and fenders, if the car was filthy beforehand, it'll be filthy by the time you're done with the washers.
