I must have pressed something but for the life of me I cannot figure out what I pressed. I have tried ejecting a disc and reinserting with no luck. fm or am no sound either. Any advice would be welcomed.

I have the 2012.5 carrera with bose upgraded radio

 

You may have muted the radio. Try pressing down the volume button once. See if that works.
