991 Heater problem...

I've had my car for 6 months and I have not had to use the heater until today. Since it's mostly in the 70-80's here in Florida, when the temps are in the 50's, that's freezing here.
I turned the ac off and raised the temp in the car to 80 and above and none of the air coming from any vent was warm. I remember there was mention on the forum of this kind of problem with the 991. I searched for it, but could not find the info.
Anyone else have this issue of no heat and if so, what was wrong?

I had the same issue.
There is a fix for it. I believe it's some control valve. My dealer fixed mine a few weeks back.

It is a known issue. A control valve will need to be ordere and replaced. When this valve fails, it fails in a manner that only cold air goes to the cabin.

Anyone know if PCNA has issued a tech or service bulletin to the dealer network on this issue? I am having a no-heat problem and heading over to dealer.... would like to avoid the chase and cut to the solution if you know what i mean. My C4S is only a little more than a month old.....

Thanks!
