Help me choose between these two
So, I've been looking for a few weeks for a 991s and have found two viable options but need a bit of help in deciding between the two. Price is roughly the same. No 1 is from a dealer interstate, No 2 is local to me. No 1 has all of my core options except that I would get the Carrera S wheels painted in platinum.
1) 2012 Agate Grey Carrera S. 5233km. Options;
-Silver Carrera S Wheels
-PDK
-Sports Chrono
-Sports Exhaust
-Sports Steering wheel with paddles
-Park Assist front & rear
-TPMS
or
2) 2012 Agate Grey Carrera S. 5988km Options;
-Carrera Classic Wheels
-5mm spacers
-S-PASM -PDK -Sports Exhaust
-sports chrono
-Entry & Drive,
-Park Assist front & rear,
-Electric slide/tilt sunroof,
-Power steering Plus,
-Light design package,
-Adaptive Sports seats Plus (18 way electric) with memory package
-Porsche crest embossed on head restraints.
So, as you can see No 2 is loaded but my two concerns are that S-PASM will be just a bit too low for daily driving and I'd need to know that I could get the steering wheel replaced with paddles if I cant get used to the button system. Remember I'm coming from an M3 so I love paddles
Any thoughts or feedback would be great Thanks.

Forget about the wheel colors.
Go with the first one: it has the right steering wheel (saves you $1k as I am sure you would have replaced the steering wheel on #2). It does not have a sunroof (lighter car, lower center of gravity) and if you end up wanting a firmer suspension, stiffer springs that lower the car 20mm without compromising the ride are only a few hundred $$. You can also use #2 to negotiate a lower price for #1 (less options) and buy a few more goodies (or get your wheels painted) with the difference

#1 imo. SC is missing on #2 and I do feel it's important on a PDK as it unlocks its true potential. It's much cheaper to swap springs then adding SC but you won't get DEM.

This is hard!
Since 2 is local I will try and go for a short drive on Friday if I get time, that might help me with my decision.

Easy choice: #2
I have 22k miles in almost 2 yrs on my SPASM equipped 991S, and in NYC (the roads!). Never had an issue with the height (never had to change the front spoiler) other than loving it, and the sleeker lowered look. Added 5/15 spacers (front/back) making it look even better.
Since I bought off the lot I had to endure the standard steering wheel but for $1,500 swapped it a year ago for the Sports Design and now use the paddles on every drive.
Get this one and you won't regret it.
Get #1 and you'll miss out on some of the better, exciting and engaging options available.

It's a dealer job: they will need your VIN also to know what connectors they need/don't need. My $1,500 incl. labor. Note that if the current wheel has 'multi-function' buttons controlling radio, Navi etc., you will lose this functionality. Mine didn't so it was no big deal. You might want to check with a dealer service dept. Should be easy for them to give you a quick estimate.
What true potential does the SportPlus unlock that the stock Sport doesn't ?
It is mostly useless (and kind of annoying) except on a track.
I think Launch Control is another SC exclusive.
I have only driven cars with SC (so I do not know what it looks like when you do not have it...), but this statement is perfectly correct. I always use + when I drive manual for that reason.
