Looks great! In mine I added the steering column and leather dash so I have red stitching all over the column and the top of the dash. I prefer the contrast with the black, however: the red doesn't show up as well against beige. I asked if they had a coarse stitch option (thicker thread with bigger stitch length) but alas, they don't offer that. Have to order an Aston Martin to get that, I suppose.

Yes a thicker stitch would like nice but I like it on yours as well. The stitching definitely adds some exclusivity which I think these cars need. One is usually spending well north of 100K already, the stitching adds a nice touch. I also like the additional stitching options you got with the Luxor interior and especially the steering column as that would have been black without the leather there. Good choice.

I like the stitching around the chrono clock and wish I would have gotten it there as well. Was looking at exclusiveoption website and may order that piece. It looks good up there.

Although completely off-topic, here's something to think of when someone wants to order red deviated stitching:

Porsche offers now two shades of red stitching. Guards red and Carrera red (also called Garnet red).
On a Luxor Beige interior, the Carrera red might be the better choice, since it is slightly darker and better visible on light colors.

I don't think it was available at the moment Sanibel ordered his car. Am I right?

Very well, done - the deviated stitching adds a nice effect to the interior - I stayed away from doing that because I am terrible at the coordination and don't want to screw something up that I would be stuck with. Went with the black interior and guards red seat belts, black dials (didn't think you can get the sport chrono dial alone in red)

On a side note, am I getting ripped off at the dealer for both rim options? should I just stick with the OEM's and buy a set of aftermarkets for a change? Platinum satin is like 900 something, turbo wheels are like 1500 something w painted crests - shouldn't that go towards a set of aftermarkets? Any thoughts?

A good set of aftermarket rims will run anywhere from $5k to $8/10K(HRE), so $900 to have them painted is a good deal. The finish on the platinum wheels looks very well done and I only have about 3K miles right now but they look good as new. If you think you will get an aftermarket set of rims in the future don't put to much $$ into stock ones.

Option 2: Turbo Wheels (couldn't find a GR CS2 with these wheels)

Any help is definitely appreciated!
Yesterday I was still hooked on the Turbo wheel, but I found this online, it a good, clear pic, even though it is white, it is close enough to silver to get the best idea, and I guess I have to finally give in to the Platinum Satin, it just looks so hot and now people can get an idea what I mean about the looks of the different front bumper similar to the AeroKit, with the right wheels and color combo.

Another silver one, not the greatest pics though.

How did you get the photo from the configurator?

+1. I love my Techno wheels. Granted, they are a bit heavier, but they look awesome and are so easy to clean.

As to your stated choices I'd go with #1. The Carrera III wheels are great looking and light. I may eventually get a set for the track.
