My 991 has the 18-way seats. Is it possible to buy the Sport Seats and swap them in. I liked the sport seats in my Cayman, and think they should be standard equipment on 991S. Can the seats just be ordered through a dealer?

I doubt I'd go the GT3 seat route because as soon as the weather breaks, this car will become a DD, and I have a 240 mile round trip commune, twice a week.

 

I'm not sure about the swap but I think it should work. The Sport Seats are standard equipment on all 991's. If you have the 18-ways, then you have the upgraded Adaptive Sport Seats Plus.

 

MRoutside--where are you located? Outside the US? If in US EMPUNKER is correct.

 

I mis-typed my current seat option. I have the 14-way Power Sport Seats (leather, heated, ventilated). I think the seats I want (had in 987) are the Adaptive Sport Seats that are broader in the shoulder area. Sorry if I'm not explaining this right.
