Wow. That was the lowest price car I've seen. How much less did you pay if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks

Traderjim is infamous around these parts
I would PPI the thing. I PPI'ed a 2012 C2S at a dealer, even though it had been CPO'ed. It had several aftermarket parts installed, and while it was being offered for sale, the dealer swapped the aftermarket wheels out for another one because one of the tires wasn't holding air. The PPI revealed a big underbody dent like someone ran over a 2 x 4 at a high speed. Probably the same cause as the wheel problem. I'm glad I did it because I was going to buy the car out of state and I'm sure that dealer would have provided zero support.

In all honesty, even a BRAND-NEW car of the porsche's value should have a PPI. When you buy a house you do one right?

But seriously, if you know people at dealerships, they will tell you how much autobody work is done on cars with 6 miles on them. Better yet, there is a lot of damage just from shipping the car overseas. The get fixed "at Port".

I had an E46 M3 that I traded in on a 911. The dealer said they discovered that it had been in an accident and the front corner was repainted. Well, I was the only owner and the car never had so much as a scratch on it.After much yelling and arguing....(this is the same dealer I originally bought the M3 from)....they said it was a "port job" and would not ding me financially. If the car had been worth more, they would have had to lower the trade-in.

When I bought the 911S, I told them I was bringing a Paint Gauge with me during delivery, and that I would refuse delivery if there was any discrepancies... They had a full-blown panic!!! LOL!

The seller is an idiot. If you're not local to him, than yes, you should get a PPI.

That said, you do know that there are still new 2013 cabs languishing on dealer lots all over the country? You can do better. Seriously. Let this one go and do some shopping.
