Tom,

Thanks for the update.
So the 9.5" et46 ended up too close to the strut, necessitating the 5mm spacer?
Or did you just run the 5mm front spacer to increase front track (and for the agressive look ).

I am also very curious about your alignment specs.
I wonder which direction camber beeds to be adjusted, when wider tires are installed.

I had GA3Rs on my 2011 M3 for a track setup and loved them. Now I have 19" GZ3Rs for my 991S, for dual-duty summer daily driver and track use. Similar to your setup, but 0.5" narrower. I have 19x9 fronts with 255/35-19 Yoko AD08Rs and 19x11 rears with 305/30-19 AD08Rs. Only have one track day on them so far, and no prior setup on this car for comparison since the car is new, but the combo seems to be great.

Your new setup with 325 rear tires is the same as that used by Supreme Power for their track setup. Their stats:

BBS Motorsport E88
19 x 9.5 w 265/35-19 Pirelli Trofeo
19 x 11.5 w 325/30-19 Pirelli Trofeo

Should be great!

I'm also very interested in your alignment settings, particularly camber, since you think it made an improvement over the factory specs in the setting of SPASM and PDCC.
Thanks for the post! GZ3r's are real nice. Spoke with several professional racers and a lot of them swear by the Forgelines. Heavier but sturdy it seems. Also infinitely customizable which is great.

Your 255 & 305 setup may be better than the 265 & 305 ... the 265/35's are a bit too tall compared to the 305/30's, and my impression is that this triggers the traction control a bunch more (even in Sport Plus mode). Assume that the rear wheels turn slightly faster than the front, and that probably lowers the threshold. I just see the light come on a lot more, and turning traction control off entirely buys me another 1+ second at Gingerman - which wasn't the case with the stock setup. That should be cured with the 325's in the rear....let's see.

Alignment specs - tricky since the PDCC supposedly keeps body roll minimal. Still, changing the alignment vs. stock made a huge difference, though I'm sure it's nowhere near optimal yet. Here's what I'm running:

Front:
Camber -1.5 degrees
Caster: 7.0 degrees
Toe: 0.01 degrees

Rear:
Camber: -1.8 degrees
Toe: 0.07 degrees

Track tire wear looks pretty good with these; haven't used a pyrometer yet though...

The wheels fit fine without the spacer ... on my first run, I had put on the spacers in the rear but not in the front. Somehow that didn't work very well. Then I put them on all around, and it worked better. That's before I had the alignment re-done for the wider tires. May just have been that. This was all with the 305s in the rear.

No idea yet on how to adjust camber with the 325s ... will start with the same -1.8 deg setting in the rear and see ... will of course also depend on the sidewall strength of the tire you run ... full slicks seem to need more vs. DOT tires that have stronger sidewalls ... (from what I hear)

Absolutely love the aggressive look; and Forgeline makes excellent wheels. We've had a set on our Project S5 for over a year now.
