Great link, Honda. Love the subtle opinions they throw in there!

"3.4-litre 991 Carrera 4. Note the reflector between the taillights that the 4WD models have. The reflector between taillights is a 911's feature since 1974, but for some reason it is reserved for 4WD models since 996 Carrera 4S. If there is a need of reservation for such a classic design element, it should come with S engine instead of coming with frontal half shafts."

Also, for just a few thousand dollars, your friends can say, as you pull away (borrowed from the moving Trading Places) "look at that S car go."

I found this; Every Porsche that leaves the factory, has its wheel center caps positioned in the way that the Porsche crest’s lower edge points to the tyre valve.

Someone that can confirm it?

At least until you change the tires, brakes, etc. it seems the Porsche techs don't usually follow the practice. You can always re-center them yourself. If you look closely, there are two holes that are used to remove them and/or rotate.

Only one month away now. Can't wait to check the center caps.

Not on my 2013 991S Cab. The crests arrived in Vancouver not oriented that way.

Yes as others have said and if you ever Concours your car, the judges will ding you if they are not properly positioned with the lower point pointed toward the tire stem.
