Discounts off MSRP
I think 8% off on a new Porsche (not last year's model) is exceptional and if you try to do better than that, unless there is something odd about the car (options, color, etc.) then you are setting yourself up for heartache.

I have no affiliation but if you are looking for a great deal check out the 2013 demo that Bert Smith Porsche in Florida has. It is a manual trans coupe with nearly every option except a sunroof and get around $20K off or more.
Nice find, I see they have several 2013 models however, I cant really see the options ( I do see the average discount ranging from 9-12%
I would expect the discount % to be higher for left overs but the fact that they are not discounting like crazy gives me comfort about my P-cars maintaining their value much better than my BMWs
