For touch ups I like Optimum Spray Wax or Black Fire Crystal Seal to freshen up that just waxed look.
Great stuff! Thanks for the recommendation...did a complete and total detail from scratch...got rid of most of the swirls and then applied 2 coats of Illusion...my car is literally glowing...like it's almost a different shade of white...

So cool!!!

Great to hear Steve. Figure Illusion will last about 2 mos and then you'll need to reapply but I agree, the paint literally glows. How did you find the "workability" of the wax - assuming u didn't have any issues either putting it on or taking it off. And what was your opinion of the smell since that's such a big thing these days.

The workability was great, had to get used to the less is more theory though. The smell is not so strong, but nice. Hardly noticed it. The final outcome though is amazing...great stuff!!!

Right...it can be a challenge sometimes to stop yourself from loading up with more wax. Less is definitely more when it comes to laying down a coat of wax. Surprised to hear you didn't think it had a distinct odor as I have a terrible sense of smell yet to me, it smells very pleasant and makes the whole applicator that much more enjoyable. Also keep in mind that the gloss mostly comes from the prep and a swirl free surface. The wax is the icing on the cake.

My girlfriend walked into the garage this morning, sniffed and said it smelled like wax...

If the wax is the icing on the cake, then my cake surely must be swirl free as it is extremely glossy!
