Speed limit display - audio warning

I have a speed limit display option. It is just a visual display for the traffic speed limit... Is there anyway an audio warning could also be activated, please?

Thank you

I believe there is no such warning available in the Porsche system. A major fault in my mind. They should have incorporated a system like TomTom or Waze where known cameras will trigger a warning.

If you use Waze (and if you don't, give it a shot!), you can have the audio warning play through your stereo speakers. That would be quite helpful since it will adjust based on the roads you're driving on.

I just recently started using Waze; it's a great app.

TomTom does the same thing...

Good luck!

If there was such an audio warning feature I'd never be able to hear that awesome engine.

not audio, but do you have your speed limit warning set? this flashes pretty good and with how easy it is to get going way over the highway speed limit it helps me remember i don't want to end up in jail. mine is set at 100, as a backup of course i have a escort 9500ci

How is Waze on your cell battery? The last time I used it (some time ago), my phone drained faster than the charger's rate, so I wound up with a dead phone 1/4 into my day. =/

The speed limit warning is a good tip! I usually set it on at 15 and activate it when I have to valet, never thought about having a setting for myself. ;-)
