Agree, I also notice that the car doesn't have PSE (which can be added post-purchase or you can go after-market). At this price point, which is still very rich, you shouldn't have to settle. Keep looking and you should be able to find something that more closely matches your wish list, assuming you decide to go pre-owned and not special order a new car.
I would pass and continue looking for a car with better performance options (Sport Chrono, PSE, SPASM) especially if you're concerned about resale value down the road. I also agree with others that this doesn't seem to be such an awesome "deal."
I thought I'd update and close out this thread... Like most Porsche fanatics I went through a thousand configurations and choices and eventually went with the one that spoke to me: 50th Anniversary Edition. Could not be happier! See you around the beltway!
