Advice needed: Used 991 C4S Cab
Figure out what it is that you really want, configure it on the web site, and see what a 2015 will cost you. If you can restrain yourself from the "oooh, that would be neat" options and just focus on the "gotta have it" stuff, you might be surprised.
Awesome! You can save thousands on a deal, but if the car doesn't speak to you, why bother? I'm glad you found something that you really like. Congrats!
I concur. If you are going to spend north of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS on a car, why not get exactly what you want, unless you are getting one heck of deal. This does not seem to fit into that category.

The real cost of the car isn't the sticker. It's the delta between what you pay for it and what you sell it for. So if you get a great deal, and if you don't get options which have no resale value, then you are actually dramatically reducing your Total Cost of Ownership. And by dramatically I mean by 10-25%.
But that said - I agree that you don't need to settle. You just need to negotiate smart and be patient to find what you want.
