I'm not so sure that one shown isn't a turbo model of some kind; there are vents below on the rear fenders. I wonder what introducing turbos to the Carrera S will do...could be good, could be bad and send purists into an outrage.

 

I may be extremely late to this party, but is it true that the 991.2 will have turbo engines for the Carrera range? I thought we weren't expecting them this soon...

I bet what we're looking at here is a 2015 or 2016 Carrera S 991.2 facelifted car with a reduced displacement turbo engine (say, 3.0 or 3.2 litres) pumping out about 420 hp.

A rear wheel drive, 7MT, turbo-charged 911 Carrera S for a lot less money than a 'real' 911 Turbo!

It reminds me of the old 930's. I'll take one.
