991 AC Is warm when idle

Has anyone else had this issue. It gets to the temp it supposed to when driving but when I stop at a stoplight it gets very warm while idling.

No. I never use that. The car is still running just blows warm air at a stop. As soon as get going for a minute or 2 it cools down.
