Not a fan until I saw a Sapphire blue CS with the clear tail lights, dont know if this will work with the red led stripe on the C4S,
What do you think?

I love it! um - could be somewhat bias as that is what I did on my C4S

 

I'm not sure why, but every time I see clear tail lights on a 911 it makes me think of Bunnicula from elementary school. The bunny that would suck the color out of vegatables.

I'd like it better if you can get the stripe across the rear in clear too. Otherwise, I think the contrast looks a bit odd.

 

I believe there will be a clear C4/C4S kit coming with clear tail lights and clear middle reflector. Stay tuned, we're working on it.

 

I have always wondered about this and even though it doesn't look bad I would not do it

now given if we get a clear flow through its a whole different story ...but I think that red looks awesome when its dark outside and distinguishes my car

 

Unless the car is black it really just doesn't work.

And even then, it looks a bit ricey, sort of a poser-JDM.

 

Yes, The red looks amazing on the c4s at night. I love the look. Too bad it comes with a 6k up charge!

 

I personally love the Clear Tails. It is the first thing I had to have done when I picked up my 991. Car is Silver though so it works a little better than other colors. I am surprised so many members dislike them.

 

With that in mind, then its a no brainer for me. Please let us know as soon as you get them.

 

I'll probably get hate mail for this but the clear seems like something you see on a drift car. I really like the red with the center stripe on my 4S. Looks awesome at night.
