The seafoam wheels are awesome, honestly. I just don't like the clash w/ the red, maybe paint the calipers black as that wouldn't clash w/ any wheel choice you make. Gotta give you props man, you are a maverick!

Yeah I almost kind of mentally block out the red/Seafoam clash because I love the wheels. Don't you think black calipers would get lost with -- for example -- black wheels?

And thanks for the Maverick, compliment. I like to think outside of the box when I can and try new things or try things I've only seen done to different types of cars and seeing if it will work with mine. Not everything ends up looking great, but I have to say I love these Seafoam wheels!

Matt - Love the white setup. Question did you coat the white wheels? I am wondering how that holds up to the brake dust. LMK!

Not yet. Was going to but with the ADV1s next week decided to hold off. But when I did opti-coat on my other wheels, they definitely stayed cleaner longer. But they weren't white wheels, so you can get away with more brake dust on black/grey/red wheels than on white. Your white on white RS5 was my inspiration for this setup.

Slightly different shades, but at least one other killer ride is sporting the combination.

Looks good by itself against the Agate Grey, but in conjunction with your red leather interior and your red calipers, it ends up looking like a random mishmash of colors like an egyptian bazaar.

I like your current setup. Looks very modern on this car although I would have painted them Aston Martin Silver.

Nice wheels! You are bold!

Pert: how many sets of wheels do you have? Post up pics of all of them!

I wouldn't dare tell you what to do with your stuff. It's your car and you have a bold sense of style I applaud. Owning these cars is all about experimentation whether it's engine upgrades, exhausts, suspension options or wheels. Sometimes we like and sometimes we don't, good thing is we can change. Let it all hang out.
By the way are you still happy with the Giac tune?

I was going for Moroccan, but I will take anything in the North African region.

Much appreciated. I mean, people are within their right to say what they think -- i.e., opinions, suggestions, or whatnot -- I just think it's funny when instead of saying they like it or dont, it's "here is what you should have done..." Because if I really gave a **** on what people think I "should do" I would have sent them a PM or posted "What color wheels should I get?"

And as far as the GIAC tune....I LOVE IT!!! Next Saturday I get the IPD Plenum installed.

Blacks look great, white was nice but just was not feeling the sea foam, but thanks for showing all of them. Great to see the different looks of your car.

The white ones do not suit the car at least in my opinion. I don't mind the green/blue in fact an alloy color would look cool. Something similar the the titanium exhaust tips when they get hot. I really thought the red ones were a nice contrast.

I think the blacks look great and like the reds, but personally don't care for the sea foam and white on your car. Not that it matters what I think.

I figured the black wheels would garner the most praise.
