Lol! They up'd the price $3k after they gave me a written offer. After I walked (the first time), they called and said they would do the original deal. I went back to get the deal done (I'm a sucker, I guess) and while I was signing the paperwork, I asked for the CPO documentation. The salesman and Sales Manager said the car was not CPO'd. The Sales Manager adamantly denied it was being sold as a CPO. After I showed him his website, he said it was not part of "my" deal. False advertisement?

That's about how much the CPO is for them.

Sometimes they try taking it off when discounting it too much. I bought a Cayenne GTS a few years ago with CPO, checked on it 6 months later and they never registered it. Called and made a fuss, and they put it in the system.

I HATE dealers. Period.

Brumos Porsche in Jacksonville did the same thing to me...AFTER I made the 2-hour drive all the way from Tallahassee. So I got back in my car, bought a 911 from Capital Porsche in Tallahassee and gave PCNA a call.

Pcar dealers are no different than any other profession...there are some good ones and some bad ones. But the bad ones are bad enough that you sometimes feel like none can be trusted. There are some really good guys who are dealers (and true pcar enthusiasts, too).

Hopefully I'll find one someday!
