Add HD Radio?

I have satellite radio but not HD, is there a way to add HD radio easily? Is there a module I need to just plug in? Thanks

Are you sure you don't have it. In the states it's included with sat radio/bose

Sat and hd included with Bose or burm... Upgrade is only necessary with base audio system
