From 911 to Cayman S back to 911 again.
In my sport cars I only buy sticks, it would be more difficult for me to use paddles.
It's all mental, the 981 is in a different league in terms of handling compared to the 997. The 981 is a great car if you don't need the back seats of the 991. The interior of the 981 is no different than a 991. To me there is no compromise between the two. Just whatever suits your needs. The 981 is more fun to drive than the 991.

Yeah, I should say, IMO but apparently that is a lot of other people's opinion as well, just watch any youtube video. I've driven them both back to back on the track. The Boxster and Cayman feels a lot lighter, it's more nimble, it feels more balance and it gives me more confidence to drive fast. The 991, especially the S is noticeably faster in a straight line. I think a lot of 911 owners can't or don't want to believe that a Boxster/Cayman feels better than their more expensive 911.

I would rather say they are very different, and some like 911, some like Boxter/Cayman.
It has very little to do with price, but how the cars feel.
