Multifunction Steering Wheel

Does anyone know the part number for a black multifunction steering wheel? I've searched this forum and others with no luck.

I've found two part numbers...anyway of telling which is correct:

991-347-803-13 A34
991-347-803-10 A34

I believe one is for cars with PDK and the other is for cars with 6MT.

Maybe that or one has heated wheel other does not. Call suncoast they should be able to give your answer.
