Is your engine running rough

how do you feel your engines at idle, is it smooth on the cabin, no shaking seats or vibration? I get some vibration.. could be some vacuum leak, mounts etc?

thanks

Can't say I have felt that.. In general it is a pretty smooth animal.. idle or otherwise....

Is it always or just under certain conditions..? Does the roughness go away as soon as you transition out of idle? Is this a new occurrence.

my first thoughts about running rough always go back to ignition system issues or fuel metering.. Unfortunately in modern engines it is a trip to the dealer to get hooked up to an analyzer... Maybe bad fuel although usually that shows up under load not at idle.

Simple stuff to check are that a spark plug wires haven't come loose from distributor or at plug. That'll cause havoc real quickly.

Sounds like you need a trip to your dealer/mechanic..

Thinking of trading in the car, just test drove a 2013 with 11k miles cab.. Engine feels so diferent the shifting and so smooth the engine, when I turned the car on, mine is noisy this is so quite

I did the BG44 and drive hard a couple of tanks, I got some improvement but not a lot.. its coming back, the way it was rough..
