Thank you to the OP for the heads-up on this. I purchased the Max2. FANTASTIC Deal! FYI. . . If you use a BlendMount to hang your detector from your mirror and are going from a V1 to Escort, you don't have to purchase a new BlendMount. They have a conversion kit for $29.99. A lot better than $129.99 for an entirely new BlendMount. I also use the MirrorTap to power my detector, which thankfully, I don't have to change because it is universal to both the V1 and a Escort.
