3rd Radiator Air Intake

Does anyone know how to remove the Air Intake Cover on the front bumper? Does it just snap out or are there clips that need to be removed? I did a search but could not find anything. Hopefully the front bumper does not have to be removed in order to take the Intake Cover off. Thanks!

Plenum wrote an excellent DIY post https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...-part-2-a.html which seems to show that you would need to take the bumper off.
I think there simply isn't enough space with the bumper left on to avoid not ending up with a hack job.
